Morrocan mosaic tilework is made from individually chiseled geometric tiles set. This form of Islamic art is very popular in Morocco. These patterned geometric mosaics are found in famous buildings across Morocco and Southern Spain. This one is found in the building of International Council of Scholars in Marrakech where Imams from Morocco and other countries come for training.
